Welcome to Bake Me A Cake.  I am Trudy Gillard, Professional Cake Maker, Decorator and Sugarcraft Judge with over 40 years of experience.  I am professionally trained with City & Guilds qualifications.  Since 1981 when I started baking, I have managed to successfully create many cakes for happy customers.
